Why? Because the Chefs lost Sammy Watkins for a total of 4-6 weeks, so he’ll be missing next week’s game.

I will take that trade off.

I need a villager to examine their roster and contracts...........signing Benjy is a sign of playing for now. I just wonder what contracts are up this year in KC.

The only buffer they get is that MaHomie is under a rookie contract.

From Up to the Minute Live: The #Chiefs may rest WR Sammy Watkins until the playoffs, giving his foot the chance to rest and heal until it matters most.

Cocky red jersey blowhards. Hopefully they fall all over themselves slobbering and give up the division. Go Ravens, you little ratbirds of death.

Sounds like Chuck Pagano could be the Broncos next head coach with Gary Kubiak as the OC & John Pagano as DC.

That would be fantastic!!

Elway is loyal to a fault to Kubiak & he's not that great of an OC in my opinion. Chuck Pagano didn't exactly set the world on fire in Indy & with his brother as DC you wonder how objective he'd be in holding the defense accountable.

Miller & Chubb would be excellent OLB's in Pagano's 3-4 defense, but several key players are set to leave via free agency & ILB Brandon Marshall is expected to be cut.

Rebuilds don't have to take a long time in the NFL, but the Broncos are about as close as you come to completely rebuilding.

If they don't keep Keenum it will cost them $10 million in dead cap space, plus they would have to pay whatever new quarterback they got so I don't see them moving on from him. I think 2019 will be a very rough year for the Broncos as they stick with Keenum in the final year of his contract. Most analysts on the radio here in Denver pretty much feel 2019 is going to be a wash as they cut some dead weight and get in a better cap situation going into 2020.

John Failway at it again. Kubiak wont be the Broncos OC because Failway is so stubborn. I love it. He is the Broncos’ AJ Smith.
