I cannot see us go OJ in first while we still have Gates.

Something seems odd or off.....

You say he is considered "a great slot CB" and yet he has been "cut"......

OJ Howard is most likely not the pick @ 7th, but having Gates around influences the decision to not take OJ Howard not one bit. Gates is a relic at this point in his career.

To me the big failure in this mock is not addressing CB, and I just do not see the Bolts not adding to that group in some fashion.
I will be po'ed if we go TE in the 1st, after taking HH at the top of 2 last year. There was a ton of D talent we could have taken instead.

I wouldn't be really upset, but I do think there will better options.

I have come around to thinking OJ Howard would be the better addition than Williams, if TT was to go WR type pick. In the end, I see a defence player being the choice.

Why do I have a feeling Bill Belicheat is looking for his next Gronk in this draft?

Because the current one is really brittle and they let a beast TE walk in FA?

Adam Shaheen has similar measurables and compares very favorably athletically. Just sayin'.......

Dude literally looks like Gronk's cousin....the punk little cousin that would try to compete and show you up but only ends up irritating you.

He does.

It's one of those picks that just seems to make too much sense.

The guy is a gifted athlete, especially for his size, but I have to wonder how much more so he could have been had he gone to a school like Ohio State or another juggernaut instead of lowly Ashland. Between competing with a higher level player day in day out, to what I can only assume would be superior training staffs and facilities, it's hard not to imagine that his numbers would have been even better.
