Then we hope our linebackers don't get destroyed by injury again.

We have the coach, the QB and the kicker.

Draft best DT available.
Sign best guard available.
Draft best guard available.
Yep, we have needed help on the interior of both lines for a long while now. Will it finally be addressed this offseason?

Also wouldn't mind a new oline coach. That oline performance by the Pats was masterful.

Morgan Burnett wants out of Pitt, would be hell of an upgrade over Addae if Burnett can stay healthy.

LOL! Dante has done an awesome job at NE. A large part of his success is how well he gets his guys to dance in choreographed time with Brady & the "skill" guys in Bill Belichick's offensive production.
Nor sure how well he'd do if transplanted to a different HC/OC/QB lead team.

Well, we just need our version of Dante then. I am now of the opinion that TT isnít horrible at drafting oline guys but our oline coaches are not up to snuff. NE proves that you donít have to use high draft picks for oline. These guys arenít ďskillĒ players.

Did Colts just can their oline coach? Worth a look?

I think he used to work for the Chargers in some capacity.

Pats feast with backs who can catch. We have some of those components with Gordon, ekler and jackson. Would be nice to see more of a running back by committee this coming season. I really feel like we overuse our primary back.

Interiror Oline and dline improvement still the biggest need either way.

Negative.

4 of the 5 official Chargers writers/broadcasters voted for Derwin as the defensive MVP. These are the guys/girl that are with this team every single day, inside the locker room, on the practice field, on the plane, and on the sideline on game days. THEY... overwhelmingly voted Derwin James as this team's defensive MVP.

HE is the leader of this defense now. Not saying Ingram isn't "a leader", but he is not "the Alpha"... if he ever was.

"Melvin Ingram Ė Fresh off his first Pro Bowl appearance, Ingram has been named a Captain for the second-straight season."

AND, I was live at Heinz Field. Pre-game defensive meeting held by Alpha Dog Ingram. I watched Puppy Dog ROOKIE James sprint over when called to the meeting.

Wasn't it rumored that New England was interested in Dan Feeney. Chargers chose him right before New England's pick and New England then moved back: seemingly because their guy wasn't there.
