Maybe TT is waiting until the last minute to sign any one of these players. He signed Brandon Flowers late in the off season a few years ago at a decent price thanks to waiting late in the process to sign.

Dee Ford knows Rivers scent having gotten real close him by sacking him 3 times in one game. If we can't beat the Chiefs last season, the next best thing is to take their players. Dee can be a nice replacement for Jerry.

Navorro Bowman: I know he is injury prone but linebacker was maybe our worst position so he could be an upgrade. Again, maybe there is a scheme fit; can't run as well anymore due to all the injuries. But I do know that he played well for the Raiders last year. Wouldn't be someone you could rely on for the whole year but hey why not, he's only 30.

Kony Ealy: Can never have too many pass rushers right? Lost Attaochu, I know McCain is there but he was a no-show the second half of the year. There needs to be a consistent 3rd threat outside of Bosa and Ingram. Why not bring him in and let him compete.

Cody Davis: If we lose Boston, there will need to be some guys brought in to compete. Davis is one of them, played well for the Rams before getting hurt.

Dee Ford: Same reason as Kony Ealy, find that 3rd consistent pass rusher. Had 12 sacks in 2016

This is exactly right. Generally, TT’s MO has been to solve 1-2 major issues via FA then focus on the draft to build the team, then subsequently see who is available after June 1 cuts to get another solid value pick or two.

I’m still expecting 1-2 other quality FA signings, but I think that will be after the draft for sure.

With the Legion of Boom pretty much gone. Any chance we could pry Bobby Wagner away? He and Denzel together...WOW!

LB deep draft means teams will start to cut their vets in favor of early playing time for these kids.

9. I think I can’t say this enough: If San Francisco safety Eric Reid does not get signed, it sends a chilling message about free speech to every NFL player who would think about protesting anything. Colin Kaepernick being unsigned is reprehensible enough. But if Reid, Kaepernick’s protest partner with the Niners in 2016, is not signed to a representative safety contract this spring, every player will know the league’s mantra: Get in line, or this will happen to you when your contract expires—no matter how good you are.

Chargers should sign 'em both.... Jaylen 'n Geno (politically motivated ??)

If we can't make a trade for Bobby Wagner, then I'll just settle for Tremaine Edmunds falling to us at pick #17. Remember, Melvin Ingram fell to us back in 2012 and no one saw that coming...the bar is now open

That picture looks like woodeye during draft season. NFL draft, not beer draft. Ok, beer draft too.
