I for one am not a fan of Whisenhunt. I would not be sad at all to see him go and take that stupid draw play with him.

Whiz hasn't left, it is speculative that he might be offered. Already so many posts like he's gone.

I see McDaniels getting the Texans job over Wiz.
So according to you Whiz is a hack but McDaniels is not.

Interesting analysis.

Dont think it would be that bad to see him go. Id say the offense looks better now that Rivers has more autonomy, but still think it could elevate a few notches. Red zone offense and being too conservative are issues. I thought the last few weeks (and maybe its on Mccoy) but we were 4th and short and kicked it. you'd never see that with the pats, saints, or a rodgers led green bay. its these decisions that win ball games. i believe, too, that its better to have the ball on your strongest side, why leave it up to our D. but ya, if whiz goes, then farewell.

Well, based on his play calling this year. I'm not concerned about losing OC/play caller KW.

I know, our HC MM said he wasn't going to 2nd guess the play calling. So, our HC MM is responsible for allowing the poor play calling.

It's weird but, I'll admit I criticized NT HC/OC/play calling. KW actually, reminded me of the predictable 4th & 1 yd run up the middle play calls.

The only difference was NT used small but tough Darren Sproles & KW used small but tough Danny Woodhead. NT & KW, failed twice each on the same calls. (both were very predictable calls & both failed not once but twice.)

KW play calling isn't all that great. It's hard to believe an NFL team would want him as their HC. Specifically, b/c of the much debated 'Red Zone' questionable play calls here.
