The FG gave Denver a 3 score lead and they kept momentum as a result. Bah!

Rant done.
If field goals were reviewable then lets go have the Chiefs rekick from 5 yards closer in week 17 and we miss the playoffs

Archie called the NFL and said it looked good from his vantage point.

My wife threw her hands in the air and said "Yes! He missed!"

Then the refs signaled it was good.

I thought he was wide, too.

The NFL has the technology and money to implement something like this.

The reviews would only be used to confirm if the ball actually passed thru the uprights. Anything pre-kick would be out of scope.

They can't take out all their game fixing opportunities. Witness the 5 times we jumped offsides when potato head played bobble doll pre snap.

It looked wide to me and to the players on the field.

I don't buy into the conspiracy theories but didn't PR get flagged for doing the same thing earlier in the year? All I want is consistency. Did you watch the Panthers and 49ers today? In the first half, a Panther player head butted a 49er player and got a 15 yard penalty. A little later in the game, a 49er player head butts a Panther but no penalty was called. Not much the NFL can do with these types of calls.

It's just a matter of time before a FG controversy happens and it can be avoided with technology.
