That will do it.

Besides the lineup that Manning will face on the other side of the line of scrimmage, he will be working with a different offensive line and receiver corps.

So I don't see past history as being a big predictor of what to expect in 2012 and beyond - with one exception.

When the Colts and Peyton Manning won the Super Bowl, the Colts had a dramatic increase in the productivity of their running game during the playoffs. Denver had multiple games in 2011 when they rushed for 200+ yards. In only two of their 18 games were they held to less than 100 yards rushing.

Kyle Orton averaged close to 300 yards per game passing in 2010 but Denver was still not a winner. Running well (and defense) is what enabled Denver to put together that winning streak. Manning probably relishes the opportunity to play with an offense that has a strong running attack instead of relying only on the passing game.

We MUST get some pass rush, because Manning does not like to get hit(who does) but especially in the Denver winters. I am surprised he went to Denver, because the sweet little Dome is long gone, and at 36 so are your best years. All it takes is one hit to the head, and if you think teams are not going to try and finish Peyton, you are sorely mistaken.
It's just the Bolts on the uniform.

Hopefully the Fonz doesn't teach him how to imagine it as a cute furry animal.
