Default Richard Sherman

Supposedly the Seahawks are "open" to trading Richard Sherman for the right price... Prob a first rounder at least. IF the Chargers made a deal for Sherman we would have arguably the best backfield in the NFL.

If you were TT would you make a trade?

Can a rookie coach dubbed as a "players coach" handle his personality? There is the Gus Bradley connection... Mebane... etc...

Los Angeles would be great for his image/brand... Would also be a great tool for Spanos putting butts in seats.

For me its a no brainer... make an offer...

I'd offer the #7 pick for their #26 and Sherman.
How would Sherman affect out backfield as a CB?

Apparently you are unfamiliar with the term 'defensive backfield'?

If you were looking at it by just talent and production then it would be a yes. Like him or not the guy has been good to elite since 2011. But adding money/the possibility to drop off in production (will be 29 at the start of the season) then it is no. Teams value draft picks too much.

He'll get paid roughly 13 million a year over his last two years on his contract. Looking at what Trumaine Johnson got this year in free agency, 16 million a year, 13 million looks like nothing. Especially considering Johnson is nowhere near Sherman or elite level, good corner, but not elite.

A 4th rounder.
A 4th rounder he says.
The 113th best player in this draft is Jalen Myrick CB.
He can play FS too.
Return kicks.
Cheaper.
Exceptional value.
5'10" 200#.
4.28 forty..

I would not trade a bag of pistachios for Richard Sherman.
