If by "target" you mean someone who has to be handed the ball, then yes.

He's a good returner and "hand off" receiver. If they got him cheap it's a good move. If they paid WR prices, it's a bad one imo.

This pick reminds me of the Jacoby Jones signing we made a few years back.

Hoping it ends similarly for the Raiders.

Jacoby was 2830 when we signed him.

Patterson is almost 26. Not a huge difference, but I see what your saying, I guess.
