Solid. The big thing is to avoid the temptation to reach. Just stay solid, and now plug in some depth on the D TT.

With more Beef we may have to rely on Lamb Shanks less. Does that answer it?

Lamp - no complaints, though i wish Buddha would have fallen to us.

Feeney - really scratching my head here on back to back Gs when you know the bulk of your D line will turn over in the next 12-18 months.
You have to believe the thought process was after two years of the offence bogging down in the red zone after Allen went down and no receivers to make a d nervous they said this will not happen again and got the best wr available to keep the qb happy and the d honest

The team is in win now mode with Rivers. He's got three years left on his deal and whether he plays the remainder of his deal is up for debate, and if he does play them all, it is debatable whether he signs another new deal or not. As such I think they've decided to go all in and try to support Rivers in the backend of his career. They've added another weapon in Williams, and have strengthened the interior of the O-Line, which in turn should help the running game. Also, as a long term approach this trio could be around this team for a decade or so if they stay healthy and productive.

With that said, I do agree that the defense needed some additions, but the turnover is something they can worry about later on and fix.
