no Ohio State trolls Tom.. lol.. great season by the way.. takes a GREAT coach to keep those kids motivated enough though they cant play for anything..

Plus, he was a rookie coming into SD, and only spent a few years here.
He was only into his 3rd? year when he won it in NO. Even if you have "it" you dont just walk in and win the super bowl. In fact, if you dont have a supporting cast, namely D, and sometimes a ground game, a QB who is capable of leading the offense to a championship might not ever make it. Look at Marino.
