On Hard Knocks Dez was doing an interview with Hue Jackson. Hue asked Dez what he was looking for. Bryant said he was looking for realness. The realness is he isn't with a team.

ha ha yes that's real alright. Dez isn't a carpenter where job offers are sporadic. He's got some nice income from his previous pay day.

Stay humble Dez I'm sure an opportunity will present itself. In the meantime, maybe we need to start thinking about a career outside of football.
