lol at Ingram 8-9 million...

12 - 13 seems unrealistic

Olivier Vernon has been healthier and slightly more productive and scored 17m last year....so with inflation.

If we got him for 13 I'd be elated.

Man 13 million for a guy who does not finish plays? Vernon got a ridiculous amount of money and part of that is because he hit the FA market. I don't think Ingram is worth 13 million. Think we're willing to spend that kinda cash we might as well go after some top players along the offensive line and just draft a pass rusher.

You guys can hate the market, but it's the market.

12 would be a ridiculously good deal. And I don't really think that'll happen.

Would love it, but no way.

Guys with sacks, even average numbers, get paid and well.

Sacks aside, Vernon was coming off a monster season. PFF had him as one of their highest rated Edge defenders at lol 93 overall.

And Ingram'a injury history, but the offset is cap expansion.

You do bring up a good comp. I wouldn't be surprised if 15 is the number. More than that I say let him walk.

I'm leaning towards paying a bit more for JPP too
His run defense is also better than Ingram I believe

Can we cut the whole o-line outside of Slauson, and refresh this.

Approved. No I'm serious. The madness has to end. Just cut the crap out of them this offseason. Nobody on planet earth can justify Franklin and Fluker's salary. Hell, we could get 4 good linemen from their paychecks alone.

We have to keep some of them.

Selectively prune the trees.

Don't knock all the trees in the Forrest over.
