Cook and McCaffrey will go after we pick @ 7th overall, and Samuel will go after we pick in the 2nd....these players just do not line up well with the Bolts' draft slots. TT should know better than to bite into that apple of temptation, but we shall see soon enough.
Watson at 7.
Trade down.
Sign Kaepernick.
It all belongs in the Fantasy Football Thread.

Now, what was it that led to the click bait by Daniel Jeremiah ?
Oh yeah, TT sayin' "never say never."

Trubisky at 7th.......or just roll with Rivers and draft an awesome defence player.....another option is to take Williams or OJ Howard and give the offence a new toy.

Please do not trade.....up or down

From a marketing point the Chargers need to draft offense....They need to sell tickets...The good folks of LA need offense.

The AFC West is loaded right now...KC and Oakland are Tigers.....The Broncos are rebuilding, and the Chargers are trying to survive for now.

Look at Oakland, for example. TWO elite wideouts with Cooper and Crabs...Bolts draft Williams at #7 to go with KA, and we give them a run for their money. Has no one forgotten how decimated we were at WR last year? And how that lack of stability, in great part, contributed to many of PR's meltdowns resulting in picks? Need a WR and solid O-line out of this draft, no doubt about it.

OJ Howard might be the best of two worlds (WR and Blocker) in that he can help the passing game as much as the running game.....

Do they ? By all accounts it appears they will sell out their available tickets.

Touchdowns will bring the folks....The wins will come with the points....
Ahhhh, I get it, you belong to the 'make the net bigger' mentality.

Scoring....scoring and more scoring....it solves all the problems. Fans do like the scoring, as long as it is their team doing it.

Play in a stadium 1/3 the size, triple the ticket prices, less hassle, same gate.... the only drawback is a decline in other sales I suppose.

TDs do get the TV recaps. Personally I love me some D. Shut the other guys down! Sacks, INTs, Forced fumbles, tackles for loss, defensive TDs, 3 & outs etc, etc. Man that's football!

In the end "W"s are all that count and playoff winning teams will have more loyal followers.
We've had Chargers teams that lit up the scoreboard, won a lot of games and fell short in the playoffs. Their fan support sold their seats next year.
Gotta have some D.
