The medical reexaminations two weeks before the draft will be crucial.

I would be very happy if the Chargers drafted Ramczyk at 7 and Dion Dawkins at 38.

Okung and his contract would suggest that he is a "bridge" player.

The identity of the Chargers would be transformed.

Chargeroo, I am torn between what I would like the Chargers to do and what I think they will do.

Okung plus a parlay of one, even two, high round offensive linemen would be fantastic.

Just stop typing right there. Medical exams and injured hips is NOT happening at #7 overall pick.

Thanks

Most players recover from labrum surgery on the hip.

So far, Ramczyk's recovery has gone very well, giving him a clean hip.

The reeval's will give the Charger medical staff a chance to assess progress since the Combine.

It's a winner.
I can actually see Jeremy Williams-a perfect Anthony Lynn pick-dropping to round 7.
Will Conley be there ? WOW.

Darboh's hands are insane. Some of his catches remind me of Odell. We need receivers who dont drop passes, one of our biggest issues down the stretch last year.

I like him in the third, getting him in the fifth would be miraculous in my opinion.

It's a weak OT class. Okung may be a two year plan which means we have two years to draft a OT in a better class. Ramczyk won't be the pick. OG is now a bigger need on the OL.

Agree, Wood. Okung, if he stays healthy, and if he run-blocks per his Seahawk form, gives the Bolts a needed upgrade, but is not the long-term solution. Remember, King could be one concussion from retirement and now he has that legal baggage. Barks is still not able to handle good edge rushers and needs upgrading. Fluker's spot is still open. We need, priority-wise, a guard and a developmental tackle, at the least.

Yes. Yes.
Clark. Pulley. Tuerk.
Late rounder. URFA. Round 3 Red Shirt.
Slauson. +30 yo. Contract up.

Yes I am watching Ramczyk carefully.
Is it a reach ?
How much of a reach ?
Why is a reach a bad thing in this context ?

Rd 1, Pick 7: Ryan Ramzcyk OT
Rd 2, Pick 38: Dion Dawkins G

This year's top OT prospects are not pegged as day 1 starters. I tend to agree therefore I'd be more willing to draft BPA Oline in round 2 for us to develop. A #7 overall pick needs to be the clear and definite starter.
