Yes I am watching Ramczyk carefully.
Is it a reach ?
How much of a reach ?
Why is a reach a bad thing in this context ?
If the Bolts are really serious about developing a true, smash-mouth ground game, then I would be fine with drafting Rammie at #7, and taking a WR later. It's time to re-load on the O-line, not kick the can down the road another year. I still think OG is more urgent with Fluker gone, but if the Bolts have Tuerk or Clark rated as starting material, I sure hope they're right. I STILL think that regardless, the Bolts need a solid guard and a potential starter at tackle out of this draft.

I can actually see Jeremy Williams-a perfect Anthony Lynn pick-dropping to round 7.
Will Conley be there ? WOW.
I can see Williams or possibly James Conner (Pitts) as late round RB options. Both are big framed guys for third and short.

Williams - 6'2", 220lbs, 4.60 forty
Conner - 6'2", 235, 4.60

Glad you like Darboh as well. Perhaps I have him down too far in round 5. He seems like an under the radar guy right now.

This year's top OT prospects are not pegged as day 1 starters. I tend to agree therefore I'd be more willing to draft BPA Oline in round 2 for us to develop. A #7 overall pick needs to be the clear and definite starter.
Like your mock, AK, especially going O-line at 1-2. The only reason why I don't go with Rammie at #7 is that Mike Williams is a GUARANTEED starter day 1. Rammie is a probable starter, and certainly a huge upgrade in run-blocking over either King or Barks, which could tip the scales in his favor with the Bolts favoring run game now.

Post-Combine Mock:
Round 1: Jamal Adams SS
Round 2: Raekwon McMillan ILB
Round 3: Amara Darboh WR
Round 4: Isaac Asiata OG
Round 5: Kareem Hunt RB
Round 6: Storm Norton OT
Round 7: Najee Murray CB

I like this mock draft as well, i just seriously doubt Adams is available at #7. Was thinking the other day, imagine if they drafted Hooker, McMillan, and Conley with their first three picks. Along with Bosa, is that too much Ohio State clic in one locker room? Do you think that teams think about that at all as an influencing factor? Probably not, they are supposed to be professionals...

I think team 'consider' everything, but that particular aspect would not carry much influence in any decision.

Frozenfrisbee said this is a big reach and eliminated at #7.

Any commentary on that ?
