Man this is why I miss LT. He could run ANY play. Yeah they used Sproles, Turner, and Tolbert but only because LT needed to take a breather.

We can successfully commit to the run now, as our Oline is coming togethet nicely.

Opponents will make things difficult by committing 8 to the box.

Tyrell, give us a growth spurt, as we must keep defenses honest.

The team looked reasonably committed to the run, with both Gordon and Woodhead. it's just that Gordon was really attacking the Chiefs, and making them work hard to bring him down. Woodheads' gains were more of the untouched kind, until he got tackled. So Gordon was punishing and wearing down the chiefs defense. And the Oline was doing most of that punishing for him. But he helped his cause, breaking multiple tackles, etc.... The Chargers were too smart for themselves when they decided to go away from Gordon and give more carries to Woodhead.
