I agree. Was concerned when I watched it live. Hope he's able to play Sunday.

The commute will go by a lot faster.

But I donít see him being that good honestly. Strong arm means nothing if you donít have accuracy
With the new regime in Buffalo this yr they went in a different direction at QB and signed T.J. Yates and drafted Nate Peterman, Cardale was 4th on their depth chart in OTA's apparently not getting very many reps before he was traded just before TC started.

As far as strong arm doesn't mean much if he isn't accurate, your right, it's something he has to work on among other things, maybe he can develop, maybe not, but for a conditional 7th he's worth a look IMO, some of the attributes he DOES HAVE can't be taught .... we'll see how it goes with him.

Go Chargers!

If Rivers doesn't play.

I don't want to see Clemens.
I think it would be interesting to see Cardale. He has some tools.
He has more accuracy and touch than he is being given credit for.
He has decent mobility and can throw on the run. He has plenty of arm strength, Benjamin can fly he can throw a go get it pass.
I would think they could simplify the offense for him. Give him a coverage read with 2 receiving options and if he doesn't like what he sees, hit the check down or tuck it, run & slide.

agree 100%. Absolutely no upside to playing Clemens. He's never going to be more than a clipboard holder and Rivers carpool buddy.

Might as well find out if the kid has anything to offer.

I am fuming over that cheap shot where he was hit in the helmet and then late hit and flipped him over. Unreal that NEITHER of those were called.

Officials should be punished, those players should be fined.

And they called Bosa for flinging Bortles to the ground gently.

All the ticky tack calls that were made, but no protection for Rivers.

Rivers has no noggin in the eyes of the NFL.

Wouldn't be surprised to see NFL refs suddenly realize they need to flag late hits against Rivers in the near future.

GIF please. NFL should have to answer as to why these were not called. Since it wasn't Brady, they will just ignore it.
