Pagano must believe in building from the outside in.
The brass must think dline and oline are in better shape than I think, you'd think they'd know...I hope.

I like it since Verret and Flowers both missed time. Great depth.

Maybe this pick is to make up for drafting a CB with bad shoulders in the 1st round last year. We need the depth at CB Bolts fans.

Unless the trenches are taken care of, no hope for a championship. OL/DL are the foundation of the team.

I don't get it... You draft Clemmings period. A first round talent of obvious position of need vs. a small, raw, developmental depth player.

boggles the mind = blown. Worst pick of the TT era IMHO.

TT must be okay with the trenches to pick for depth in the 3rd. At the very least, I hope this guy will play well enough to make me remember his name.

I beg to differ! We had 3 starters and depth.
I suspect he brings considerable upside. One of those guys they couldn't pass on. Looking forward to seeing him play!

Yet we still came away with 4th ranking against the pass. Then we upgraded with Robinson and Wilson..

My guess is, Mager will be a Strong Safety and Special teamer here.

So why was Clemmings not picked at all in the 3rd round if he is a first round talent? There were what 16 picks after our 3rd round pick...

I can only guess his injury is worse than teams are comfortable with. I really don't know, but the guy is not so highly rated for nothing.

Iv'e seen plenty of tape on Clemmings, He is downright dominant, He's a bit Raw, but I have much faith that Joe D would have him ready for the season. Whoever gets him is going to get a helluva player. Sadly it doesn't appear to be us.

Enjoy this Last season with Rivers as QB.
