Some real interesting stuff up there. I'll start with one. I'll make the assumption that the ambiguous "they" you mention with regards to laying off 1200 employees is actually the Delaware North Sportsservice company.

"Their" employees have been dependent on them for not quite two years, when "they" signed a contract with Qualcomm Stadium to provide concessions services.

Those employees surely will be facing imminent foreclosure and bankruptcy now having lost 10 days of work each year.

I'm glad you asked! I'm also curious about the concept of robbing various foundations that depended on them for 56 years. I think you're referring to charitable contributions to worthwhile causes, some of which are in the San Diego community. That's not really robbery though, is it?

I suspect the Chargers will continue to support charitable causes, including the many, many non regional ones they and their staff support now. They'll probably add a few in the Los Angeles region too, so there are some new organizations that will get support that they are not now counting on.

Listen, I'm not on here to argue with you or anyone. The bottom line is the Spanos family played on the SD fans emotions knowing they were leaving and took their money, starting 2 years ago....and now they want us to pay, travel and lick our wounds doing it....

Maybe. I kinda think the Spanos family had sent the clear message that they couldn't care less what any of us do.
