Default Welcome Back, Forrest

We saw the potential last year in training camp. Awesome potential, truth be told. But our time was cut short.

So nice to see you back tonight.

Looking forward to very special things this year -- and you will, I believe, be a big part of that . . . . . .

Nice to see him in action against the 49ers. He got better as the game went on.

Missed the game. Glad he had some snaps to build his timing at a pro level. Please Lamp keep our franchise QB standing.

I agree LTOCB, Lamp was a nice sight to see, and he played fairly well, all things considered.

That was the running back not Geno. In fairness he was pulling from his spot to the other side of the line.

Lamp doesn’t get pushed back at all and moves well. He should be starting by week 2 at the latest.

I thought he looked pretty good, I thought Landrum made a great case for staying on the squad as did Newsome. Really love the player Nowusu, he was awesome! he was all over the field still think all of our backup quarterbacks look like third rate losers.....

That play wasn't his fault... but I think he completely whiffed his block during the first pass pro play. I had my eye on him all night... he was quite bad during the first drive... but I thought he played good to excellent for the rest of the game. He really mauls in run blocking and he was stoning during pass pro for the most part. I agree... Week 2... hopefully he is starting.

Thats the play i was referring too. the other, he did pull, though I still think he should have been better on the block. Full spped for the first time. it matters. He did settle down.
