The zebras will be all in for New England for sure.
The zebras will not be all in for NE. This stupid narrative is worn out.

They are similar to last week in that they're a big, physical defensive front 7 and don't have receivers that play outside the numbers. The teams are built in similar ways. Both Ozzie Newsome and Belichik favor a front 7 that favors size over speed. Baltimore is much more talented though and plays a much more advanced scheme.

We played them last year and when they played with 1 back and 1 tight end we went with 6 DBs, when they brought a fullback in the game we went with 4 DBs.

Based on watching them this year I can pretty much guarantee Belichick is gonna see that and try to take over the game running the ball with 11 personnel (1 back and 1 tight end) against our 6 DB package. Last year we had Mebane and Liuget and were able to stop them.

In last years game we had 2 TDs called back on penalties and Benjamin ran a punt return back in his own end zone for a safety. Despite all that we still had a chance to win the football game on the final drive.

I believe the worst thing we can do is go into this game with a primary plan to run the ball inside. New england is a slow defense but they are big and strong and our line is not great. I believe we can run outside on them and run misdirection on them but the primary game plan should be to take advantage of our matchup advantages and speed advantages. IOW, get in shotgun and work outside receivers 1 on 1, isolate backs on linebackers over the middle, and if they blitz get the ball outside ASAP where we can take advantage of speed advantages both in the run and pass.

Defensively, last year we did a horrible job defending the flat but a pretty good job everywhere else. Bosa and Ingram frustrated Brady. Last year they had Solder but he's gone now. My primary key to the game is can we defend the run? I know we did last week but that game has no relevance to this one. Baltimore was running high school offensive football and is about reading assignments. This is a true NFL power run game where Belichik will try to get his Oline up into our lighter DBs. Key #2 is are the Chargers going in with a mindset to score 30 or are they going to play conservative? It's going to take an aggressive mindset to win this game.

I've watched Brady this season, and he isn't the same guy. He is 41 years old now. Best season ever for someone that old, no doubt. And he ratchets it up a few notches in the playoffs.

However, I have seen him fall to the turf out of fear of getting hit, numerous times. As well as, letting pressure or an imminent hit let him toss some ducks out there. He looks a bit scared. Let's get em Joey and Melvin. Make his game a living hell.
