People walk there more and use city transit if I remember right obviously Americans don't really use public transit or walk, sometimes I take the bus after school its kinda annoying but kinda fun to if you have a friend on it.

I never restart the pump, I just wonder why when the price per gallon hits $4.16 they cap their sales by not adjusting the limit to allow a pick-up to fill up???

It's a western U.S. thing too. If you live in NYC, IMO, public transportation is the only way. Especially if you're trying to get around Manhattan. The East Coast's public trans is much more well developed and utilized than in cities out West. Size is also a factor in that. Denver has 7 million LESS people than NYC, but covers probably 10x more ground, so you do need a car.

Honestly, I think I would take the NM Railrunner if it came all the way down south to Las Cruces. Not only does it save gas and car life, you don't end up being as tired from the trip 1/4 of the way up the U.S. Plus, the trains are kind of nice.
