What do you guys think of Desmond Trufant? Marcus Trufants younger brother.

Yeah I started following Davis around the beginning of the season. Seems like all the tools are there minus maybe the top notch hands. But due to his route-running and concentration I would say that he should be a project, and not a guy expected to make much of an impact right away. Kind of a lesser Stephen Hill I suppose. He's got a lot of issues. I hope we don't draft him at all. Will look good at the combine, but as a WR prospect, he needs more than a lot of work. Way more than Hill, and way...way more than VJ did. At least VJ came here with a set of hand...not hands of stone.

I've been eyeing him. He's in my cluster in round 2 although Poyer maybe the better prospect. I think most people will have him go in the late 2nd to 3rd round. I like Trufant's size, speed, and ability to play up to good competition which I feel gives him a higher ceiling than your usual day 3 guy.

Highly doubt Trufant ends up as a day three guy. He's peaking at the right time and has answered a lot of the questions about his physicality this season. Top 2nd if you ask me, and probably better than Poyer.

1st round is easily BPA for me excluding certain positions. Now the 2nd round is where the action is at for us. There's CBs, OTs, not to mention OLBs. Oday Aboushi. Trufant. Dion Jordan. These guys are on my day 2 cluster.

I definitely have Poyer against Trufant. Trufant has not impressed me as much as I thought he would. Just MO. I love Poyer. Really talented CB and punt returner IIRC.

This is why I said we needed to lose out. Last week we were the 6th pick in the draft and now after the Pittsburgh win we are now the 12th pick. 1 win and we dropped 6 spots not good
