Then I'd do everything in my power to solidify our oline.
I know what you are saying. I think we should take Te'o if Jockel is gone or I wouldnt mind trading down and taking Millner

My personal rankings go:

Joeckel
Lotulelei
Jones*
Werner
Moore
Milliner
Mingo
Lewan
Fisher

I would just sit tight and take the highest available player on this list.

*If Jones checks out medically, that's where I have him. But if the rumors are true about his spine condition, he's not in the first round conversation for me.

I used to want Teo when the season was young and I thought we would pick towards the end of the draft (ah, those were the days) but in the top 10 not so much. I would probably go for Werner. Super athletic and super explosive. And SDfaider, I think Lewan is a top 12 player if not top 10. I think he'd be perfect for where I'm assuming we'll pick, and would be a HUGE upgrade on the right side. Not only that, but he'd also more than hold his own on the left if (or when) Gaither goes down.

Teo is a Top 20 talent. Not a Top 10 talent like Patrick Willis was. Keuchly was a little bit behind Teo in my books.

As many have already said ILB's are like the guard of the defense you can find good ones in the later rounds. I would be annoyed if we picked Teo with a top 10 pick. Look at players like Donald Butler, Bowman, and the recently drafted Bobby Wagner of the Seahawks.

The Seau comparisons are an insult to the late, great #55.

Te'o is not nearly as aggressive or effective against the run. He makes the majority of his tackles after the back has made a decent gain. He's rarely shot the gap this season for TFL's, the way Seau used to do so well and so frequently.

Please show respect for our hall-of-fame linebacker.

No way, the only similarity is Leadership maybe. Te'o is moderately overrated.

Here are the games involving teams with a 5-9 record or worse. I didn't bother with JAC or KC since we can't catch them.
ATL @ DET
CHI @ ARI
SD @ NYJ
BUF @ MIA
WAS @ PHI
OAK @ CAR
CLE @ DEN
TEN @ GB

Should be an interesting weekend. Now that we're officially out of the playoff hunt, I hope we play our young guys but I'm hoping we find a way to lose both games.
