WOW chargertom. That is better than Charger duck tape. Do these motocross helmets and football helmets prevent concussions?

Sweet look for Hannah. Too late for me. Headbutted a tree after Miami loss. Haven't been the same since.

I will ask my son. He is a nutritionist. But I think the opposite of what you want will occur. Of course this all depaneds on what you are doing exactly. I know the body will convert Carbs into sugar (glucose). So if you are looking to fat burn, you need to really drop your carbs and up your protein. Protein requirements to maintain or reduce body fat is ~50% of body weight. Just like water intake. So if you weigh 175lbs, you will need approximately 90 grams of protein every day. I use ISOFLEX powder for part of it. 27grams per serving. Good stuff. Mixes well with water or milk. taste pretty good. You can have carbs, in fact you need some, just reduce the amount. And do not take any after 4 or 5 pm, unless you are working out after. The body will store unused Carbs (sugars). I think into fat cells.

Hi Totally Bolted. All unused calories are stored as fat. Go lo carb at night. Casein is a slow release protein and is perfect before sleep. Every once in a while, have a starchy meal to reset your fat burning thermostat. Consuming sugars at night is off base. Sumo wrestlers eat huge bowls of rice and then take a nap to keep their weight way up. Hope this helps, Chilly.
