Try and make both offence and defence improved, letting the fall of the draft determine your picks.....

OT is the only position that worries me. Losing Okung would really stress this offence, so TT needs an OT for sure.

3 H Hill CB/S (I am thinking S here, but clearly a solid CB as well)
4 Kiser ILB
5 Senat DL
6 M Cole OC (has played all OL positions, so depth across the line ?)
7 B Spain OT

One of you is the Emperor, and the other is the Guru. Kiper has been wrong before at times, like a lot of draftniks, but he's usually at least decent at talent evaluation.

Yep. That's why I'm leaning towards double dipping at OT, like we did for G. Of course, all this depends on who falls to us, like how both Lamp and Feeney fell to us last year, and I agree with picking both of them.

No Billy Price either.
Has to be a young veteran.

Kiper is projecting Price as a center, and has him at #1 there.

Yes. Yes.
This morning.
NFLDraftScout
Has
Price
At
Precisely

I AM says he wants to invest in a young, veteran, experienced C.

Primarily because we’re drafting 17th, but also because I would personally take Hurst and Bryan over the other 3.

I get the appeal of run stoppers like Vea and Payne, I just think DTs that can do both at a high level, generally have higher demand.

Thanks for clarifying, Guru.

Hurst is an excellent prospect.

I’ll take Price all day at 17. He’s going to be very good for a very long time. However I don’t know if the FO is going to want so many rookie contracts expiring so closely to each other. (Lamp and Feeney). DL or LB seems to make more sense from that perspective.

Very good point.

Let me offer all some guidance as we are only in the beginning of draft season..........

DT----Are you going to spend a 1st round pick on someone with limited snaps ? Is TT ??

When boards take shape at the end, are we really taking the 4th guy down the list by position because we are picking 17th, and the better 3 guys are already gone ? This smacks of DJ Fluker drafting.

The next guy that says we are drafting a Center with the 17th pick of the draft I might faint.
