Texas State is the last Sammy to draft from. Craig Mager it will be a miracle to have you still on the roster. Gotta show up big to impress Gus. Lots of nice talent this year to go along with the return of Verrett and FA/UFA's additions.

USC...UCLA annual draft. Makes sense if you're Fighting for LA. Gotta fill the Stub Hub with name recognition players across town.
BPA + PON = UCLA/ USC

One would almost think I figured out a LONG time ago.

I knew from the beginning he was a PON guy. I knew from the beginning he was Big School Billy.

Never doubt me.

I don't need a Polian book to read people instantly. Its a gift.

It was a dream Chargerfreak. Tom Telesco went early & often to sammy small schoolers. You'll be happy to know that there were no reaches. Your penchant for major programs should have been satisfied with pick #7. Davenport, Hall & Frazier will create a no run zone in Carson. Cappa & Gossett will jump start the running game. Mike White is the quarterback to groom and take over when PR calls it quits. Two Grasshoppers, two who hail from the great state of Texas, a hillbilly & a pot head round out the draft.

Mel Kiper: "good draft - A"

1. Marcus Davenport (DE) Texas San Antonio
2. PJ Hall (DT) Sam Houston State
3. Alex Cappa (OT) Humbolt State
4. Joel Lyiegbunwie (lb) Western Kentucky
5. Mike White (qb) Western Kentucky
6. Colby Gossett (G) Appalachian State
7. Joshua Frazier (DT) Alabama

Does this mean there's not much hope for Fort Hays State???

There's lots hope for Sammy's. Ask Eckler. He attended Western University? What a find! Looking to see Austin make huge strides his sophomore year.
