Does anyone know how to create new emoticons? We want to upgrade the current smileys, but we need someone who knows how to write the code involved to help us out.
If all Joel has to do is upload the code to vBulletin, then we can get this done. But he doesn't have time to write all the code.

Have they thought about just shutting the whole thing down?
I mean, since not one person affiliated with the organization has the time and all. Seems like it's more of a drain than anything. In unrelated news, I got 13 new posts to my Instagram feed from the Chargers today! Yay!

You know, there was a time these would've been current. Also, there was a time when I made these that I knew how to do them -- now would have to relearn.
