The first order of business is to get Benjamin's confidence back and reestablish him as the PR. Kid is dynamic and the emergence of Tyrell Williams allows Travis to stay fresh and not need to play as many offensive snaps.

Fix the blocking and Benjamin will be a top returner again.

He's a Chargers coach. Lynn, Whiz and/or Siriani can ask him to sit in on offensive meetings if they'd like his input. I suspect that will take place in one form or another.
Meanwhile special teams do need special attention. We have not been good and it is a critical part of the game. I forget who the opponent was but Bellichick dominated a team early 2016 primarily with STs when his QBs were nicked up/suspended. I'd like to be able to do that. .....or just be a decent average, maybe a little better.

I'd certainly be happy if the Chargers had the top-two vote recipients for the 2017 All Pro special team player like Billy B and the Cheatriots had in 2016 - and top-level coaching helps just a wee bit in reaching that level.

That's a weird switch up. Vikings WR coach to special teams. Although he has special teams work under Chuck Noll, that isn't anything to sneeze at.
