Good work on this, Critty. These stats prove what we've seen on the field--that in crunch time, whether trailing, tied or leading by a slim margin, the good quarterbacks make completions, don't turn the rock over, and find a way to win. The bad or erratic QB's don't. Rivers is erratic.

Only the QBs in the 60s (Rivers, Ryan, Newton) had more interceptions than TDs in the 4 minute and trailing split. The rest of the QBs had more TDs than Interceptions. Of all the QBs on the list Rivers was actually the worst ratio of TD/INTs in the 4min and trailing split.

We have seen it many times. And the stats back it up. Rivers is one of the least reliable QBs in late 4th quarter situations.

At least Rivers would take Cleveland from O-16 to about 5-11, so it would be an improvement over this year and last. But doesn't Rivers have a no trade clause in his contract? Oh, and we know how well Rivers does in cold weather, don't we? Not gonna happen...
