Have we earned a Nickname? We won 9 games over the past two years. How about mediocre bros. Let's make the playoffs and contend the next few years, win a championship then maybe we can give Nicknames. We've done nothing yet.

Yes. A nickname is not based only on team wins. If you are a top ranked unit on a losing team, you can still have a nickname. I'd say having 3 sack leaders in the top 14, 3 above Kahlil Mack, 2 above Houston and Von Miller is doing pretty good. Can any other team claim this? Ok, Jacksonville can, but can any OTHER team claim this? No, no they can't. I'd say this front line will prove to be better than the Bruise Brothers. Will be better than The Purple People Eaters. Will best the stats by The Orange Crush, oh wait, that nickname DID win a championship, bad example...at any rate, they HAVE earned a nickname.

I like the Smash Brothers as it uses the "Brothers" moniker that the Bruise Brothers had.
