We were bullied on the ground in the ARI game. Depth is low rnders and scrubs. Seems every year this is a draft need and they do nothing about it

On two plays. The rest of the game we allowed 1.5 yards per carry.

Hankins or not, Hardison is a body for the Niners game at this stage IMO. I don't believe that it has any relation with any future action that the Chargers may take.

Even if they don't sign Hankins, the Chargers are far more likely to sign a vet released at the cut-down to fill a spot on the active 53 rather than rely on a guy with no NFL playing time and no experience with the Chargers system.

Signing a player just to beef up the rotation in a preseason game doesn't seem likely. We had bodies. To try him out with a view toward potentially keeping him, sure. We'll also get a look at
our 3rd round draft pick DT.
Maybe Jax or Sea will cut a DT that's familiar with Bradley's D. We'll see.

*ps: I'd love to sign Hankins if the contract is favorable.

Yep, like all that Barks bashing...yeah, right, just cut the dude without a backup plan in place....

Their starters still destroyed ours in that entire 1st series giving up a TD too on a run plain and simple. Philon did not look like a starting DT

if browns get hankins, their dl cut won't be serviceable
if jax cuts, darreus because of cap/hurt?? abry jones just signed a new contract
if sea, tom Johnson is too old

You’ve got to wonder what kind of condition he is in and how would it take for him to get into game shape. In his case that would be Anjou to Bartlett.
