Sunday, 6:30 am, London, England. Philip Rivers 199th Consecutive Start! Playing at an MVP Level so far only 3 int's and some of those weren't even his fault.

The last one was tipped off of Gordon's hands.

I don't remember the first 2 because it seems so long ago since Phil's thrown a pick.

One was late in the Chefs game, the other was the opening drive pick-6 against the Niners.

You want analysis? Don't ask me: I'm just a Pollyanna lying idiotic know-nothing ball-watching stat boy.

My confidence is really high with this new ‘take what they give you/take care of the ball Rivers’ in town

I like the sentiment, but I think Whiz, Rivers, and the offense is beyond that.
I see an offense that says we are doing what we want and you cannot stop it.

Rivers is a nightmare to defend. He makes all the throws on the field that he wants. That screwed up pass form and quick release drives defenses crazy. He throws darts into a good receiving corps hands.

Rivers has to have room to sling it tho. His side arm delivery is unique and quirky. I'm concerned about this game if MG is hurt. The O-line is improving, but it needs MG to be in there.

Dump off to Gordon, screen to Gordon. Up the middle toss to Gordon.

Sunday marks Philip Rivers 200th consecutive start joining the only other QB's to do so are Peyton 208, Eli 210 & Favre at 297. Congrats to Philip and cannot wait until he breaks Eli's next year (and will only be one ring behind also)!

Pretty remarkable, 200 straight games over 11 1/2 seasons in the NFL.

Pretty rare company, will likely surpass the Mannings, but Favre @ 297 would take almost 6 yrs.

Most of all I wish Philip and the Chargers get to and win the SB!

Go Chargers!

Big congrats.

Fouts is and always has been my man crush/idol.

Tough to argue, with time on the clock, that #17 isn't the GOAT Charger QB when it's all said and done.
