I am not into player autographs. I don't see the point. However, I would do just about anything to have Rivers sign my Rivers jersey. Cool story!

Default Philip

That is a great story about Philip Rivers. He certainly is a great guy to look up to as an athlete. It is great to hear he responded as he did.
I am pretty sure he lives in 4S Ranch. Or, he used to.

There are many athletes who live in Poway, I am told.
Tony Gwynn lived there. I saw his car pull up next to mine at a light. He had dark windows, so I could not see him. But, as he pulled away, you could see his license "Padre 19". His car was "dancing" to the tunes he had blasting in his car. He could often be seen around the Poway area.
He was another great person one could look up to as an athlete.

These are a couple athletes that get it that San Diego is a great place to live and raise your kids.

Heard he was going to have 3 eggs and 4 waffles but with McCoy's mismanagement he ended up eating a slice of toast and some homefries.

Rivers threw french fry strikes into ketchup cup targets then one of his kids glanced his arm after reaching for the mayo. RTG49 promptly stood. His second nature instinct caused him to throw his mustard laced napkin down.

He was really cool about it and said thanks for the support. I said that I hope the Chargers remain in SD, and he said "Me too man, you guys are what make it fun and you deserve a team here."

Great guy and very nice family.
sorry man, but this is terrible. Never interrupt anyone eating with their family man.
