That's a fact.

A co-worker asked me today if I was going to the this game. I don't have the same passion for the Chargers since they left San Diego. Still will root for them, but no longer the same feeling.

They will very likely lose the Giants game anyway, the NYG are better, especially at home. I'll stay home, watch on TV, save a lot of cash, and be warm and comfortable.

No primetime home games at all?
Maybe because Oakland and KC were 12-4 last year, and Denver 9-7, while the Chargers were 5-11? Good teams get rewarded with more primetime games, fans don't want to see bad teams in those games.

You are very optimistic. They virtually never win at Denver. This team found every conceivable way to blow games last year, and teams like Philly and Washington are mentally tougher in my view. The Chargers are the polar opposite of a team like NE, which finds ways to win games. The difference between being mentally tough/strong and mentally weak/soft.

If they win 1-2 games of the first four, they will be doing great. Imo, there is an intrinsic problem with the heart and mindset of this franchise, from the top down.

With their 2017 schedule, 6-10 or 5-11 is highly likely. The majority of the teams are better than this Charger team.

Financially, maybe he didn't.

In every other meaningful way, he made a monumental mistake. Since his top priority appears to be money, he probably won't actually "regret" it.

Worst case for him is selling the team in a few years and banking his $3 billion or so.

Rivers is 6-5 at Den, 5-1 in '04 to 2011. Obviously we haven't been as good lately. I won't argue about losing close games. McCoy's Chargers were amazing at playing everyone close and losing. Probably why he's gone. Kinda nice to see him running the Den offense vs LAC.
We were not, are not and will not be 5-11 level talent. I'll go with 12 -4.

New season. Everyone is 0-0.

Eli has a mental block.
Can't beat the Chargers
Not in SD, or NY
Maybe in LA some day

Eli has a lot more to worry about these days.

Nobody's fault but his own.

Damn Jim West just came in here, dropped his pants, and took a huge turd on the CMB. Then he left.

Savage!
