No question about the injury situation, but according to Jags' fans that doesn't explain the defense going south.

I could explain it to them... but I just don't have the energy anymore...

BTW... D. Henry ran for 238 yards and 4 TD's tonight.

Jaguars defense is loaded. But they lost the whole left side of their OL... Linder, Norwell, and Robinson. That's why they're 4-9. They're 1-8 in their last 9 games. People forget that the Jags beat the Pats in week 2.

I am not interested in any backing in scenarios... Obviously I want the Bolts to win out... but if not... I give them next to no chance if they can't get to 11 wins. 11 wins assures them a spot.... but I still think they should be 12-4 or 13-3 if they expect to win it all.

When I was playing with the playoff machine, before last Sunday, I was having us lose to the Steelers/Chiefs and the Colts/Broncos winning their games, which was making that end game against the Broncos matter for us getting in.

Two major things happened last Sunday. First off, the Colts lost to an AFC team. Secondly, the Chargers won.

I believe you are correct that two more wins and it is guaranteed. If we lose to the Chiefs, we may get to clinch our playoff birth against the Ravens which would be extremely fun to be at.

It's simple when you look at the records of AFC teams and do the math. Eleven wins is the magic number - any team that gets 11 wins clinches a playoff spot. Ten teams in the conference have 6 or fewer wins and cannot reach 11 wins. So any team that gets 11 wins gets in. The Bolts can do that with two more wins.

"I am not afraid of the big picture. Coaches preach about a game at a time, and, of course, that is correct. But I want our team to know that everything is in front of them."
